Ok, what is the Woodland "Food Front" that has full size ads on our downtown buildings, Ken Hiatt from the City of Woodland is here to give us the scoop.
"It is a new marketing initiative for the city, which is designed to showcase agriculture in the region. The city led effort is meant to be a partnership with those in the food and ag industries which will in effect brand the community so people across the globe will know this area is a source of high quality food. "
At the" end of the day" Ken said, "this initiative is about growing our local economy, growing jobs and better jobs for current and future generations. It's also about building community , a stronger community, better awareness what the industry does and what our community can do for the greater good of the world."
