Bunco (also spelled bunko or bonko) is a dice game generally played with twelve or more players, divided into groups of four, trying to score points while taking turns rolling three dice in a series of six rounds. A bunco is achieved when a person rolls three-of-a-kind and all three numbers match the round number.

T
his year the Cambridge Area Rotary Club raised and distributed funds to aid victims of our July flooding. We want to thank the efforts of the Lamoille Union Girls Soccer program, who dedicated their annual fundraising efforts to our cause.

School girls soccer program, and every year we fundraise using Vermont Cookie Love. This year, we have decided to donate a portion of our fundraising money back to the community. We are aware of the impact that the floods have had locally and wanted to pick an organization that was providing relief to flood victims. Our program collectively chose to donate $500 to the Cambridge Rotary (with a $500 company match) for a total of $1000, because we know it is a driven and valued organization. We appreciate your commitment to the community and are excited to see the impact of our donation.
