Through RYLA, Rotary is bringing out confidence and self-awareness
in the next generation of dynamic leaders the world needs.

Do you have what it takes to become a dynamic leader, change yourself, and change the world?

What is RYLA?
Rotary Youth Leadership Academy (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts where you develop your skills as a leader while having fun and making connections. It is a three-day program typically in late June, Friday morning through Sunday afternoon.
What are the benefits?
Build communication and problem-solving skills
Discover strategies for becoming a dynamic leader in your school or community
Learn from community leaders, inspirational speakers, and peer mentors
Unlock your potential to turn motivation into action
Have fun and form lasting friendships.
How can I participate? RYLA participants are nominated by local Rotary clubs. Students currently in their sophomore year will complete the application in the spring, to participate in the summer program.  Cambridge Area Rotary sponsors at least one student annually to attend free of charge.
