*******Last week we were joined by Bob Saunders and crew from Liberty Parks and Rec Foundation. They updated us on the Capitol Campaign that supports some incredible programs in the Liberty Area.

 

*******This week we are excited to welcome Colleen Jones from Liberty Public Schools. updating us on "LPS Real World Learning." LPS has so many incredible programs to support students. If you have not had the opportunity to visit a LPS school to see first-hand the good that they are doing, I STRONGLY encourage you to consider becoming a Youth Mentor. It is a great way to support students, teachers, and our community. Strong Communities have strong schools, and strong schools have strong communities. We cannot have one without the
other!

*********LAST CHANCE TO BRING FOOD !  This is the last week to bring food to help Feed Northland Kids fill their food pantries at local schools. Our club was challenged to bring peanut butter, jelly and individual sized bags of snacks such as goldfish or pretzels. Grab some of these items next time you visit the store and bring them to the next meeting.

 

******And last but not least…we are going to try to add a virtual option to our meetings. The Treehouse is better equipped to support virtual meetings so we are going to give this a try. We always like to see you in person, but if you are travelling or cannot get away from work on Wednesday, you may use this Microsoft Teams link to join in. This link will stay the same until June 30 th , 2025.
