Merry Christmas - Happy Holiday - Exciting New Year
We are not having a meeting on Wednesday December 24th or on December 31st. The speaker at our January 6th, 2026 will be Mayor Greg Canuteson updating us on the State of the City.
We also are planning to have a official Induction of our new members, so do not miss this meeting.
You may also hear some exciting news about the 12th Annual Butt Buster BBQ as planning is well underway! Attracting sponsors, old and new, is the Butt Buster focus in January!

Service Project: Operation Full Plate: During this holiday season we are participating in a service project to provide food and support for food insecure families. Click on the Logo to the right for details>>
Holiday Poinsettia Fundraiser: Poinsettias were delivered on December 3rd. We brought in $744 to support our Hillcrest Apt. Thank You!.
Service Project: Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army on December 6th, 2025 was a great success. It was great weather and everyone had fun. A huge thank you to our Liberty North Rotaract club for helping with this project.
Rotary Plaza: We have officially “winterized” the pavilion for the season…..so no water in the the building! The lights are UP, Thank you Kenny! Take time this holiday season to drive around Historic Downtown Liberty….the lights and decorations have been enhanced and are beautiful.
RC of Liberty had a goal for 2024-25 to raise $2,000 for the Polio Plus program…..instead the club raised $3,485!
The goal for 2025-26 is $3,000 and we have already collected $1,063.50.
Created 7/1/2010 to honor RI President Ray Klinginsmith. D6040 introduced The Klinginsmith Cup. It is a traveling award presented annually to the club with the highest per capita giving to the TRF Annual Fund plus receiving the Club Excellence Award.
RC of Liberty had a goal for 2024-25 to raise $20,000 for the TRF…..instead the club donated $44,926 (per capita $936).
The goal for 2025-26 is $25,000, already donated $15,865
