We had a fun time painting pumpkins at the Rotary Plaza two weeks ago while we poured coffee at the Plaza. Some of our Liberty North Interactors joined us to hand out coffee and encourage young artists.
We meet the most incredible people each week, some are new faces just wondering what is going on at the corner of Franklin and Gallatin, and others have become familiar friends. If you have not been able to join us on a Saturday this year, there will be just a few more opportunities. I promise that you will not regret it!
On Thursday October 24 th (World Polio Day) we will be lighting the Plaza purple and meeting for Pints for Polio. We will fire up the grill and toast how far we have come in the fight against Polio. This is a family friendly evening, food and drinks provided. More details coming soon!
This Wednesday we have Hailey Kellerstrass from Liberty Parks & Rec updating us on the Liberty Meals on Wheels program and the Liberty Community Christmas Tree.
Reminder: Next week, October 30th, we will not have a meeting. Instead we will celebrate Trick or Treat on the Square on Thursday, Oct 31t, at Rotary Plaza from 5pm to 7pm. Come in costume......dressed as a Rotarian!

Hurricane Helene has caused widespread devastation in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas, leaving families in need.
We are again offering Poinsettias from Penrod's Greenhouse for sale to raise funds to support the club's sponsored apartment at Hillcrest Hope's Transitional Housing Unit.

Sales start 10/22/2024 and close 11/15/2024. Poinsettias will be delivered at our regular meeting Wednesday December 4th.
