Rotarians:

Our speaker this week is District Governor Jodi Sundaram. She will share her views on the State of the District.

We will also share information/pictures from the Foundation Dinner on November 7th at the Madrid Theater. The club was awarded The Klingensmith Cup for our achievements in 2024-25. This traveling award will be presented annually to the club with the highest average giving to the Rotary Annual Programs Fund plus receiving the Presidential Citation.

Next week we will again be meeting at Vocational Services Inc (VSI), a big thanks to Kimbal for providing us with a “home base "while The Treehouse is being improved.

Holiday Poinsettia Fundraiser: We are once again offering Poinsettias from Penrod's Greenhouse for sale from Oct 14th to November 15th. Poinsettias will be delivered December 3rd at our regular Wednesday meeting. Click on the picture for order details.

Service Project: Bell Ringing for Salvation Army December 6th, 2025. Click on the picture to sign up for your spot! We will have the main doors and the south door at HyVee in Liberty from 10am until 2pm. Weather should be great so SIGN Up NOW.

Rotary Plaza: You can tell winter and the holiday are starting to get close when HDLI puts up the lights on the pavilion and spruce tree at Rotary Plaza. We will be setting a a date later this month to finish putting our lights……keep your eyes open for the sign up sheets. We have officially “winterized” the pavilion for the season…..so no water in the the building!
