Our Celebrity Speaker on Wednesday, March 8th, which was International Women's Day was Ms. Ann Hall, Professor Emerita in the Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation at the University of Alberta. Professor Hall will share the history and glory of the greatest women's sports team in North America.
Club Vision

We are a progressive club with an engaged, diverse membership serving humanity through sustainable local and global projects.

Club Mission

We champion education, health and wellbeing of people through service and fellowship, to make our communities and the world a better place.

The guest speaker at today's luncheon was Jacquie Fenske, managing partner in her family’s business, Fifendekel. She also dabbles in community building through Experience Alberta - a company that creates and helps others create rural tourism experiences and ThreeSixty Alberta, a video company that focuses on rural content from topics such as rural homelessness to good news community stories.

Our "Celebrity Speaker" for Wednesday, February 8th was a very valuable community leader, who quietly built one of the largest NFP social enterprise companies in Canada. Dale Monaghan is the President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of Alberta; a position he has proudly held since February 2012. Goodwill is a nonprofit social enterprise with operations across Alberta.
Dale’s two famous outlooks on work, leadership, community service, and life navigation are:
  1. Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way and
  2. If attaining perfection is not possible; in the pursuit of perfection, we will catch excellence.
