Tyler V. Botehlo, aka Tayler Bowe, was born on April 23, 1959 in the Island of Saint Michael/Azores/Portugal. The son of Nuno, Odilia, and sister Filomena Botelho, Tyler began his lieftime dream of becoming an actor and musician at the age of 8. Soon after migrating to Fall River, MA, he lived and began his musical career performing concerts with such acts as "The Moderns and Sayne." It wasn't long before Tyler was touring New England performing concerts with acts like The Ramones, The B-52's, Modern English, and The Romantics, just to name a few. 

At the age of 24, he set out to Hollywood, CA, to pursuit his acting career. Television was his main goal. 

Having appeared in many TV hit shows such as Murphy Brown, China Beach, The West Wing, Days of Our Lives, and most recently, a movie title "Unchained" directed by Paphael and produced by John Bryan. Tyler go to be a part of the film where one of his favorite actors, Eric Robers, appears in. 

Tyler has also worked on many music videos working with artists like "Daddy Yankeee," "Kodak Black", "Run the Jewels", "The Chain Smokers" earning him over 120 million views throughout many platforms with YouTube being the most prominent. 

In 2016, he and his longtime friend and music producer, Mir Wave, won the "IPMA Music Awards" with the song title "SOUL." They were also nominated in 2019 for the song "Rain" written by Sloan Roberts. 

Along with his long list of screen credits, Tyler has also appeared on several national and international commercials. 

Today he resides in the Capital Entertainment of the world, Hollywood and lives just off Sunset Strip in the Hollywood Hills. Most of the time, you can find him in his studio producing music with MIr Wave, as well as several different artists/producers, and Matthew Richard Harris creating Techno, EDM and Pop music. 

Feed the Homeless, Support the Arts Tyler will be performing at The Narrows on Saturday, August 20, 2022 in Fall River, MA. This will be a benefit concert for The First Baptist Church Feeding Community and the Fall River Arrts Culture Coalition (FRACC).

Fall River Arts and Culture Coalition

Ashley Occhino is the Executive Director of the Fall River Arts and Culture Coalition (FRACC). Ashley previously served as the Executive Director at New Bedford Art Museum, where she proactively led the development and engagement of the community through exhibitions, programs, and opportunities inspiring 9,000 people annually to explore and create.

With over 15 years of experience managing creative environments, she has directed efforts to enhance interactive, educational, and outreach-based programs across the state. Community-changing efforts like the City of Brockton’s Art in the Windows revitalization initiative, Worcester Art Museum’s Arts Alternative program, and the New Bedford Art Museum’s Creative Courts mural projects propel community pride forward.

Ashley has served as a grant panelist for the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the Institute of Museum and Library Services. She represents Fall River as an Advisory Committee member of Practice Best Practice, and has been a member of the AHA! Steering Committee, the New Bedford Arts and Culture Plan Creative Consortium, New Bedford’s Economic Development Council, and the American Association of University Women as Attleboro Branch Inc. as the Co-President from 2007 to 2010.

Beyond her museum work, Ashley is a skilled weaver and coloring book enthusiast. Her artwork has been exhibited at Nave Gallery Annex in Somerville, SURTEX in New York City, and featured in Attleboro Arts Museum’s 2008 “8 Visions” exhibition. She holds an MFA from Savannah College of Art and Design and a BFA from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.

FRACC boasts over 100 members from all corners of Fall River who are committed to improving the lives of the people living and working in the region. The goal? Making Fall River the best place to live, work, invest, play, and visit.

In late 2021, FRACC launched the City’s first Arts & Culture Plan, sponsored in part by your Community Foundation. This multi-year plan fosters a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable creative economy in the City. Occhino is shepherding the implementation of the multi-year plan, playing a pivotal role in FRACC moving toward its goals.

FRACC, sponsored by the One SouthCoast Chamber, is another example of city-wide initiatives, like New Bedford Creative, activating creative artists and arts organizations to serve as social and economic drivers. Your Community Foundation supports these efforts through the Creative SouthCoast Initiative, which strengthens our region through the arts.

ANNE P. TANGEN Anne P. Tangen joined BankFive in April 2020 as the Bank was dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite being sworn in wearing a mask and needing to be socially distanced from her new team, she quickly went to work making introductions and planning for life post-crisis. Luckily, her extensive experience has her well prepared for the situation.

Anne's experience includes developing business and product strategies for wealth management, institutional asset management and cash management services. She has led unique and complex initiatives requiring both business and information technology expertise. She is known as a trusted leader, skilled negotiator, facilitator, relationship builder, and an effective problem solver.

Anne’s career began at Fidelity Investments where she held various leadership positions during a 14 year tenure. In 1996 she joined State Street Bank to head the Global Cash Management Division. Four years later she launched State Street’s new Wealth Management business, a role that required her to set the strategy, develop the business plan, and implement a global back office solution for Wealth Managers, Independent Advisors, and Bank Trust Companies.

As executive vice president, she was responsible for cultivating State Street’s market leadership in the fastest growing segment of investment management; high net worth, family office, and the growing independent advisor market. Anne had P&L responsibility for the global wealth management business and oversight for service activities such as; market research, business development, contract negotiation, accounting operations, and technology implementation. With Anne as business head, the business grew to generate $90 million in annual revenues supporting $150B in assets in less than five years.

In 2013, Anne joined The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod in to develop their technology strategy and served as chief operating officer responsible for customer assistance, information technology, information security, digital banking, project management, and deposit operations.

Anne is a graduate of the University of Vermont with BA in Economics, she founded the Alden Pettengill Foundation and serves on the Board of Argosy Collegiate Charter School in Fall River and the Savings Banks Employees Retirement Association (SBERA). She is past treasurer of the Congregational Church of South Dartmouth, a former Board Director of BayCoast Bank and Board of Managers for Plimoth Advisors. Anne has also served as board member for the YMCA of Cape Cod and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Cambridge, Medford, Everett and Somerville.

About Congressman Auchincloss:

Representative Jake Auchincloss is serving his first term in Congress, where he is the Vice-Chair of the Financial Services Committee and a member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. His areas of focus include infrastructure, housing, the life sciences, and energy policy. Jake was born and raised in Newton, Massachusetts, the son of a surgeon and scientist. They taught him to be a lifelong learner. From the moment he could read, he loved American history. After graduating from Harvard College, Jake joined the Marines. He commanded infantry in Afghanistan and special operations in Panama. He's now a major in the reserves. When he returned home, Jake continued service as a three-term city councilor in Newton. His favorite part of being a city councilor was constituent services and communication. While serving in the public sector on nights and weekends, Jake led product development at both a Fortune 100 insurance company and a cybersecurity startup. He has degrees in economics and finance from Harvard College and MIT Sloan. Jake lives in Newtonville with his wife, Michelle; their son, Teddy; their daughter, Grace; and their Labrador Retriever, Donut.
