To complete a makeup, here are some options and information.
  • A makeup must be completed 2 weeks prior or after a missed meeting.
  • A makeup can consist of:
    • A committee meeting
    • Attending another Rotary meeting such as Spindletop, Nederland, Port Arthur, etc.,
    • Attending one of our Rotary activities other than our Wednesday Meeting
    • Completing a makeup on the eclub site which can be found HERE.
  • Complete this form to report a makeup to the Executive Director. She will then update the attendance records.
    • Rotarians and Committee Chairs can use this same form to update a makeup or to report a committee meeting.
