In 2007, the Rotary Club of Beaumont became international partners with the Rotary Club of Nasik and the Rotary Club of Satana Baglan in District 3030 to:

 

1. provide 75 toilets to the natrives of village Nave Nirpur in Nasik District and to reconstruct a weir on a river;

2. provide 100 toilets to the natives of village Manur.

 

Report stated:

"The villagers have already started using these toilets and are looking after their maintenance.  The Village Panchayat has imposed a fine on (offenses), punishable with fine," changing the mindset of the villagers.  "They have learned the importance of sanitation and good health habits are getting ingrained."
