ROTARY DISTRICT 5910 ROLL OF FAME
Induction into the Roll of Fame is the highest award conferred by District 5910 and is intended to recognize those Rotarians who have distinguished themselves by outstanding service to their clubs, communities, and District 5910.
REQUIREMENTS
As per Article XV, Section 3 of the District Bylaws, each club may annually nominate one member for induction to the District 5910 "Roll of Fame." Nominees are inducted at the annual District Conference.
Requirements:
- Serve as Officer or Director of a Rotary Club and a Rotarian for a minimum of five years;
- Above average attendance;
- Attendance at other Rotary Clubs, one District Conference, and one District Assembly;
- Chair or actively serve on several club committees;
- Outstanding service to Rotary;
- Not previously enrolled in Roll of Fame.
The nominee is expected to appear at the District Conference to receive the award. The President of the nominating club must complete the application form and have it approved by the local Board of Directors.
