The Beaumont Board of Trustees

The Beaumont Rotary Foundation, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Texas on January 31, 1974 by Secretary of State, Mark White, Jr.  The "initial registered agent" was Kenneth E. Ruddy, and the other Directors were Elvis Mason and T. K. (Tom) Lamb. 

As stated in the By-Laws, "The purpose of this Foundation shall be to hold, invest, reinvest, administer, and to act as custodian or trustee of various funds, trusts, real estate, securities, and other properties for the benefit of the Rotary Club, and to help promote the charitable and civic projects of the Rotary Club."

The Foundation Board of Trustees, elected by the membership, is responsible for carrying out the purpose and provides leadership in managing the investments of the club and providing financial support for projects of the organization.  Your gifts to Service Above Self* and proceeds from the "Show Your Colors" flag project, and other fundraisers are a part of the funds managed by the Beaumont Rotary Foundation and used to support the projects of the Rotary Club of Beaumont.
