Thank you again to all who volunteered their time to take part in ringing the bell for the Salvation Army Red Kettle Drive. You raised a whopping $709.45! To put that in perspective, on an average Saturday at the Mall entrance door, the kettle raises about $325, and on a really good day, about $400. Last year, our Rotary club raised $574.58. Also, considering the fact that our volunteers saved the Salvation Army from hiring a bell ringer for the day, your volunteerism was a tremendous blessing to the Salvation Army and recipients of their work! |
