She genuinely believes in tapping into the talents of those around her in order to enhance the learning environment of her campus and all stakeholders.

In 2020, under the leadership and innovative vision of Dr. Shannon Allen and Dr. Anita Frank, the expansion of Pietzsch-MacArthur Elementary was born. The campus will be expanded from a traditional PK-5 campus to a hybrid PK-8 campus, which will be a first for Beaumont Independent School District. The expansion will come full circle with the addition of 8th grade in 2022. The campus will focus on STEM, Fine Arts, Career and Technical Development, and of course doing what is best for all students as well as the community members that our educational institution serves.

Speaker will be introduced by Shannon Allen.
