We ask that you arrive at the conference site no earlier than 5 p.m. and no later than 7 p.m. on the Friday of RYLA Weekend.  The program is fun, exciting and the success of the program depends on you arriving on time.  If you cannot arrive before 7 p.m., due to a basketball game or other commitment, we respectfully ask that you contact your local Rotary Club advise them to find a replacement for you.  It is just really important that you check ­in before 7 p.m.   It is not fair to the other participants in your assigned group if you do not arrive on time.

On Friday night we will serve dinner from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
