30 Something

Our "30 Something" program Chairs, Bobbie Applegate and Stephanie Shoemaker, would like to invite you to the first "30 Something" gathering of the year hosted by Jay Wilson at the Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce (lunch will be provided) on Friday, Nov 1, from Noon-1:00pm.

 

Many years back, someone in our club asked... "how many new members do we have in the Club at any given time?" Someone replied... "We always have about 30 something new members." Thus, the term... "30 Something" was born!

 

It has been awhile since we have done this, but this gathering will take place periodically throughout the year as an opportunity for newer members to gather and learn more about the club while having an opportunity to ask questions - sort of an informal "sophomore orientation." It will be a relaxed and informal setting.
