We received a letter from John Campbell PDG and Director, Australian Rotary Health, District 9510 thanking our club for supporting the ARH Lift The Lid On Mental Health Fundraiser by purchasing 31 dozen bottles of wine and raising $930.00.
I wanted to congratulate Raagini on successfully obtaining an internship with the Dept. of Energy and Mining which I know she is thrilled with.
Please remember my invitation to attend the continuing evening project discussion at the Caledonian Hotel on Wed. 17th. March. I require your response by next Monday the 15th. please.
The next Area 12 President Meeting is next Monday 15th.
Our next club breakfast meeting is this coming Thursday morning, 11th. March commencing at 7.15am sharp at our new venue, The Sage Hotel on South Terrace and I need you to RSVP to me by tomorrow (Tuesday) evening please.
A celebratory dinner, to be hosted by Group 12 Clubs, is being held on Wednesday 21 April 2021, to celebrate Rotary’s 100 years of service in Australia.
At this stage the Governor will attend as a guest and Tony Pilkington will be MC for the dinner.
As part of the agenda there will be an AV show of the Group 12 Clubs' activities.
A promotional flyer giving details will be provided shortly.
Our District 9510 Conference will be held at Westminster School at Marion.
The Conference Dinner will be held at the Convention Centre, and includes a drink package. The dinner will also be a celebration of the Centenary of Rotary in Australia.
