Our club was treated this morning with an interesting presentation from Nour El Shamy (@NourTheShamy), from the McMaster Digital Transformation Research Centre (@macDTRC) at the Degroote Business School (@degrootebiz) about the Optimal Aging Initiative - learning how our brains work when stimulated - especially as we get older - see more at www.mcmasteroptimalaging.org.
