The Rotary Club of Fonthill is once again preparing to celebrate the humanitarian contributions of the Pelham community through the Paul Harris Fellow Awards.

The Paul Harris Fellow Award is one of the highest honours Rotary can bestow upon an individual. Recipients are Rotarians and community professionals and volunteers, in recognition of their outstanding contributions, exemplifying the highest ideal in Rotary, which is “Service above Self.”

Wednesday, June 5, 2024 – Accursi Room -Meridian Community Centre

PROGRAM

CONVERSATION - LIGHT BUFFET - CASH BAR  -  6 -7 pm

PAUL HARRIS AWARDS  - 7 -9 pm

We will recognize several Community Individuals as well as Rotarians for their exemplary contributions to our community with the Paul Harris Fellow - Service above Self Award. We will be honouring Gail Levay - our last active Charter member - with an Honorary Membership to celebrate and acknowledge her 33 years of dedication to Rotary "Service above Self".

Light Buffet includes selection of Sliders, Quiches, Antipasto, Desserts

Registration is $40 Per Person.  Payment by e-transfer is preferred.  In addition to the online payment option you can:
- pay by e-transfer to accounts@rotarycluboffonthill.ca - NOTE: please be sure to include names of persons registering (including guest if applicable) in the e-transfer notes.
- or by cheque.
NOTE: Payment by e-transfer or cheque is preferred. Please be sure to include your name in the e-transfer notes field.
Select 'Proceed to Payment' and then 'Pay by Check' in the Registration Form if you are using e-transfer or cheque as your method of payment.  You must still complete the Registration form.
