We are returning to the School District's Service Center for our meetings. This week's speaker is Reece Carpenter who will share about her experiences with the New Generations Service Exchange program of Rotary. She is a graduate of Western Washington University in 2022 with a 3.9 GPA and Magna Cum Lade in two degrees: Energy, Science & Technology and German. She was a US Student Ambassador and exchange student in Graz, Austria with Rotary Youth Exchange. Five years later she went back to Austria for her Fulbright to teach Austrian high-schoolers English and connect through her passion for sustainability and green energy. Currently she works for the United States Department of Energy's Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations out of Bend, Oregon.
