This week's meeting includes a presentation by our own Sam Low, who will update us on the 2024 Washington State Legislative Session. Sam is one of two State House Representatives of the 39th Legislative District of which Lake Stevens is part of. He will also let us know what's coming up in the future and how we can be a bigger part of the law making process.

The Club's Scholarship Committee received more than 20 applications and are busy reviewing them. They will be possibly be narrowing the pool down to determine who they would like to interview later this month. We will be presenting the scholarships at our regular meeting on May 24th at the School District's Educational Service Center in the same room we hold our regular weekly meetings! This is one of the premier events of Lake Stevens Rotary's year.
