You are invited to the District Legislative Meeting for All Clubs.

The District's Board has scheduled a Legislative Meeting for Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 7:00 pm to be held virtually on Zoom. Club Presidents and secretaries will receive a formal notice and a link to the Zoom meeting. Unless notified otherwise, we will assume that the club president will be the club's voting representative.

Because the district needs to know how many members will attend the meeting to ensure we have sufficient capacity under the District's Zoom subscription, those who plan to attend must register by March 2, including the club president, secretary, or an authorized voting representative. Any registered member may attend the meeting.

Only those registered to attend will receive an invitation with a zoom link!

The primary business is to have the Clubs ratify the following documents recommended by the Board of Directors.

Amended District Policy Manual

Revised District Leadership Plan and Policies

Annual Statement and Report of District Finances for 2024-2025

In the comment area when you register, please indicate your position in the club and if you will be your Club's Voting Representative.

If you want to review the documents, let me know and I will send you the original email with the registration information and the ability to read the documents above.
