Keith is working on a four phase program for Uganda. 1) Access to medical care, 2) is to purchase their own motorcycles to give their patients access to cars to transport them to the hospital. All cost at the hospital are covered by We Heart Uganda, 3) Purchase land to build a hospital locally which would cost about $8,000, 4) Build the hospital. There are so many aspects of We Heart All.
