Combined Meeting with PR Chamber of Commerce

Tim has a very engaging program about communication and culture in the workplace, “HR and Marketing: How to Get Culture-ific”. As the work place continues to change with work/life balance lines blurring, an increased emphasis on culture and the introduction of Millennials, it is crucial to understand how to communicate effectively with recruits and employees. Tim, a former Rotary member, delivers a dynamic and engaging presentation on how better communication can help build a better culture, engage employees and attract talent. Tim is the Founder and CEO of Pepper Group, a B2B marketing agency that has been recognized four times as one of the 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For in Chicago and one of the 2015 Best Places to Work in Illinois, and the co-founder of Teer1, a mobile-first platform for employee volunteering.

Food as Medicine
Food as Medicine

I have great news: I can help you break free from that cycle and live a vibrant, healthy life.

I understand the heavy burden that can come from living with diabetes because many years ago I watched multiple family members suffer from the disease. I knew there was a better approach. So I applied my medical knowledge and studied the science of reversing diabetes naturally.

What I discovered changed the course of my life and has enabled me to help other people in their own journey. As an integrative health coach and educator, I want to help you and your loved ones feel empowered to thrive, not simply survive this disease.
