Last week the members of our club who went on the service trip to Ak' Tenamit in Guatemala told us about their projects and the impact it has on the students and villagers.  Stephen and Dan are the hard-working organizers of this trip and we thank them for their dedication to this service.

We also heard a report on RYLA from Maanav Agrawal, who was Dylan's first host brother and who thanked Rotary and our club for giving him the experience of attending this outstanding leadership camp.  Pictured with Maanav are his parents and the Youth Services Committee.

The dedication of the pier that our club donated to, and the bench in honor of Dennis Gilbert, will be held on June 13 at 6 pm at Green Lake Park,  1101 Green Knolls Dr, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089.

Lisa is reminding the members of the Outreach Committee that there will be a meeting at Lou's at 11:15 on June 6th.
