Northwest Suburban Interfaith Council / Grant Recipient was represented by its President Rich Rosen as our speaker. The Council uses our financial donations to purchase food for the 4 different food pantries to fight against community hunger: Kingswood, Congregation Beth AM, St Mary’s Parish, and St. Alphonsus Parish.

A tribute to Mark Gibson, a dedicated Rotarian and environmentalist!
Mark was a Rotarian who lived the motto "service above self." I got to know Mark when he recruited me as a volunteer for District 6440's new Environmental Committee that he was organizing, something he was passionate about. Mark was a great net-worker. Whenever he met someone, he asked them about their interests and how he could connect them with others who shared the same concerns and who took actions to address them.
