Joyce reported that it had become apparent, at the last minute, that there was no speaker scheduled and she and Doug had turned to Fred Hacker who stepped into the breach. Fred, of course, needed no introduction.
Fred shared a selection of photographs, accompanied by a few musical cues and some commentary, that he and Barb had taken while in Britain recently. For those who have been there, it was a trip down memory lane and for those who hadn't, well, it gave them some encouragement to go.
Fred had the pictures organized by a series of themes - landmarks, buskers, country scenes outside of London. There was one section that caught my attention - pictures of pubs - but that one was over almost before it had begun.
