RYLA 2004

Almost 40 youth from across the 7010 district participated in The Annual Rotary Youth Leadership Award weekend (RYLA). This award is offered to selected students aged 16 and 17 who have displayed leadership skills in their school and community.
Students have an opportunity to learn more about themselves as a leader, as well as group leadership. In addition, they have an opportunity to network with youth who have similar interests, and learn more how to make effective decisions. There were 5 students from Midland and Penetanguishene who participated in this event and were sponsored by the Rotary Clubs of Midland and Penetanguishene.
