Stories
WELCOME
Sergeant-at-Arms, Ian Cairns, welcomed all to Rotary and introduced President Trevor Williams who added his greeting and welcomed all to the F-Project.

The evening took the form of a vocational visit to the F-Project where we enjoyed a lovely BBQ dinner in the gardens followed by a visit inside to see the artwork and hear about the work of the F-Project in promoting creative arts in the community.

Bunny also took the opportunity to thank those who assisted with the assembly of her garden shed, issuing certificates to each of the participants for their various roles in contributing to the project.

All-in-all an enjoyable evening was had by all. Thank you to Mal for organising the meal and for the team that ably assisted him.

NOTICES
Tony Austin visit to Mount Martha RC
On Monday 27 November Tony was the guest speaker  for the Rotary Club of Mount Martha.
The RC Mount Martha had heard about our club’s work in PNG and Tony and their International Director, Roger Skipsey, have been communicating for some time.
The RC Mount Martha asked Tony to come to their club and speak about the project.
Tony organised Moses Pollup (Moses spoke to our club earlier this year) to be a supporting speaker.
The RC Mount Martha were very interested in what we have done and are planning to do.
They have now agreed to “partner” with us in our PNG project.
Currently there are five Rotary Clubs that have also agreed to “partner” with us; the Rotary Clubs of Geelong, Wynyard (Tasmania), Mount Martha, Warrnambool East and Warrnambool Daybreak.

BBQ Success
On Saturday 2 December our club participated in a Bunnings BBQ.
Thanks to the efforts of Tony & Joan, Terry, Karina, Bunny, Michael & Sharon, Gerry, Mal, Delia, Richard, Ian, President Trevor & Leanne we banked $1200.90.
A very pleasing result.

On Sunday 3 December Tony and Chris Ronald cooked a BBQ for the Warrnambool Motorcycle Club raising $200 for the PNG Project.
