BBQ - FRIDAY 9th MARCH (Tony)
On Friday 9th March Chemist Warehouse Warrnambool Central will be hosting a fundraiser to support Save Our Sons.
This is an annual charity walk to raise awareness of and funds towards trials to find a cure for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
They have asked for our club’s support.
To achieve this we will need 2 cooks and 2 others to “serve”.
As our BBQ trailer is being retired we will need 2 freestanding BBQs.
We have one freestanding BBQ but will need to borrow another.

COMMUNITY RAFFLE
Thank you all for your participation in this year’s Community Raffle which has now been drawn and won. Winning tickets as follows:
1st Prize: Ms. A Robertson, Hopetoun, Victoria. Ticket No. 083034 sold by Horsham East Rotary Club
2nd Prize: Ms. J Herman, Lara, Victoria. Ticket No. 112270 sold by Zonta Club, Geelong.
3rd Prize: Ms. B Sri Dragon, c/- Desley Beechey, Ballarat. Ticket No. 096289 sold by Learmonth Historical Society.
This year approximately 100,000 tickets were sold and so as a consequence about $160,000.00 was raised by participating clubs. Well done and look forward to your involvement again later this year.
