On Monday night, BEL Rotary had the honour of welcoming Trish Edwards to their Rotary family.  Originally from Picton, Trish spent the last 15 years in Sackville New Brunswick. She and her husband Bruce recently relocated to Ennismore with their Bernese Mountain Dog Stella, and their Tuxedo Cat Artois.

Trish is a biologist who has worked as a Fisheries biologist with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources in Peterborough, the New Brunswick Regional Director with the Atlantic Salmon Federation, a conservation program coordinator with the Canadian Wildlife Service (Environment Canada) in Sackville and with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans in Moncton and now Ottawa as a senior policy advisor.

She was an active member of the Sackville Rotary Club for 15 years where she served in many capacities including President, Local and International Service Committee, on the Executive Committee and as the District Youth Protection Officer.

Trish loves to sing (having preformed in many amateur companies), outdoor activities and last but not least, cooking.

Welcome to BEL Rotary Trish!  We are so glad to have you join us.
