One of the true honours of being a Rotarian is to induct new members into Rotary.  On Monday evening, the Rotary Club of Bridgenorth Ennismore Lakefield had the honour of inducting Wilf Gray into their club.  Visiting District Governor Brian Menton, spoke about the power of Rotary.  Rotary International is a service organization whose stated purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders and community members in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.  Rotary connects 1.2 million members from more than 200 countries and geographical areas. Their work impacts lives at both the local and international levels, from helping families in need in their own communities to working toward a polio- free world.   Wilf was sponsored by Rotarian Girv Devitt.  He is the principal of Lakefield District Secondary and Intermediate Schools and brings a wealth of experience and commitment to the club.  For more information about Rotary please contact Tony Davidson at 705-292-8977 or anthony.davidson@rbc.com
