Join your neighbors in a patriotic display while supporting local and international causes!  

 
We are now accepting leases for the 2025 Flag Lease Program, beginning with Memorial Day, May 26, 2025.
The deadline for new customers to sign up is May 1, 2025. Renewing customers deadline is May 18, 2025.
 
Flags are delivered to display for one week for the following holidays.
 
Memorial Day- May 24 - May 31 (deadline May 1)
Flag Day- June 14 - June 21 (deadline June 1)
Independence Day- June 28 - July 5 (deadline June 15)
Labor Day- August 30 - September 6 (deadline August 17)
Veterans Day- November 8 - November 15 (deadline Oct 26)
 
 
 
3 Payment Options - Lease cost is $75 through December 2025. You may purchase additional years for $75/yr. You may also purchase additional flags if desired.
 
To receive the next flag delivery for Memorial Day in 2025, payments must be received by May 1, 2025, for new customers to ensure adequate time for installation and processing. Renewing customers deadline is May 18, 2025.

2. Pay by ZELLE, Go to your ZELLE account and use this email, info@coppellrotary.org to pay Rotary. Make sure you include your home address, phone number and email address in the note/reference box. You may have to type your email address with the word at instead of using the @ sign. Some browsers will not accept the @ sign. The payment amount is $75. Add $75 for each additional year.

2.  Write a Check - Pay $75 for 2025. Add $75 for each additional year.

Include this form with your check. Check should be made out to Coppell Rotary Club.

3. Cancellations:
All leases can be cancelled at any time. Please contact the Rotary club at flags@coppellrotary.org and request a cancellation/refund if you wish to do so. 

                                                                                                        

 
We deliver to most areas of Coppell.  Check our Service Area Map to see if your neighborhood participates.

How it Works

Installation

  • A ground-level, capped PVC sleeve is installed, 18” from the curb.  
  • The curb is marked with a white stripe so delivery teams can easily find the sleeve.
  • Flag is 3’ x 5’ on a 10’ metal pole.
  • Flags and sleeves remain property of the Coppell Rotary Club.

Delivery and Pick Up

  • A team delivers the flag to your home the weekend before each flag day and picks up the following weekend. 
  • Flags are delivered to designated zones by volunteers. Your zone may be near a zone that is delivered by different volunteers and thus are not all delivered at the same time.
  • If your flag is not delivered by 3:00 pm on the delivery date (usually the Saturday before the holiday), please email us at flags@coppellrotary.org so we can get the flag delivered.
  • Flags can be brought in overnight, if you like.  However, flag must be back out the next day and flying the evening before pickup.
  • If raining, flags remain in place until dry.  Teams will be rescheduled to pick up.
  • If your flag is torn or missing, please email us at flags@coppellrotary.org for a replacement.

How funds are used

  • We partner with civic and youth groups to deliver over 1,600 flags. They receive a portion of your lease dollars to support their programs.
  • Funds also go to our club’s many causes including the Rotary Foundation, schools, need-based scholarships and youth leadership training. We also provide local support for families in need through Metrocrest services.
