We were honored to celebrate the Smithtown Children’s Foundation and recognize two incredible community leaders—
Christine Klages Fitzgerald recipient of the Joe Winters Humanitarian Award, and Krissy Lonetto, our Unsung Hero.
Their dedication to supporting local children and families is truly inspiring! A big shout out to Matt Kelly, Nick Schroeder and Rob Lusak, along with the incredible members of the Rotary Club. It was great to see the Smithtown Rotary Club support it's fellow group! Both organizations truly embody the true spirit of serving others!
From the talented Smithtown High School West Chamber Orchestra and Marilena Castoro’s stunning National Anthem to the incredible entertainment by John Zollo and The Dedications, the night was a beautiful reminder of what makes Smithtown so special.
The Smithtown Children's Foundation has been a beacon of hope in our community, ensuring that no child goes without—whether it’s making Christmas morning magical, providing back-to-school supplies, or supporting families facing hardship. Since 2008, the foundation has brought together schools, sports teams, businesses, and fellow nonprofits to create a strong, united community that uplifts those who need it most. No one is more deserving of this recognition!
