"There is a small Canyon running through the city and they are basically filling this canyon with garbage. In short, they they start at one end, they make the trucks come in and they back up to the edge of the cliff and dump their load.

 

...people meet the truck at the gate and they put their hand in the truck. The first six people with their hand on the truck walk that truck to its dumping spot and they have claim on what whatever gets dumped. So it's a very complex. Danger in which truck you get. The truck from the better neighborhoods are are in high demand. So it's a very unsafe environment and stinky, a very poor environment...".
