Sagar is based in Hamilton and runs a business called Standard Marketing. Before that, he spent over a decade as a software engineer building systems. He is also an active Toastmaster and recently placed first at his club contest and third at the area level, which has helped him refine his ability to communicate ideas clearly and engagingly. Over the past few years, his work has shifted toward studying how systems behave, where they break, and how small gaps can lead to very different outcomes. In business, this shows up as lost revenue or stalled growth. But he started noticing the same pattern in communities as well, which is what led me to shape this talk. As founder of Standard Marketing, Sagar helps businesses grow by connecting them with ideal customers. With a data-driven approach and a deep understanding of Google Ads, he creates customized campaigns that deliver accurate results, maximizing ROI for every client. His vision is to become the go-to partner for businesses seeking effective and transparent lead generation through Google Ads. He believes that the key to success is not just driving traffic but driving the right traffic that converts. |

District Governor for 2026-2027 Address

Uche Okugo serves as District Governor for 2026-2027 of Rotary International District 7080, Ontario, Canada. A Rotarian since 2006, he began his Rotary journey in Nigeria with the Rotary Club of Asaba and later the Rotary Club of Ota, serving in numerous leadership roles before relocating to Canada in 2018 and joining the Rotary Club of Brampton, where he also served as Club President. Professionally, Uche is an Economic Development leader with the City of Brampton, advancing innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship initiatives. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering, an MBA, and an Advanced Certificate in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo, along with leadership and financial trading certifications. Uche is also a Founding Member of the Rotary Fellowship of Public Speakers, a member of the Rotarian Action Group for Community Economic Development (RAGCED), a WASHRAG Ambassador, and a Peace Ambassador with the Institute for Economics and Peace. |
