Steve will spend a few minutes introducing Always Best Care and then go through a presentation “Stay Happy and Healthy – A Focus on Healthspan”. Steve's Bio Steve Kelly is the owner of Always Best Care Senior Services. After a thirty-year career in Financial Services, Steve opened the business in 2020 with the goal of helping people in the community. He now has a large team of Personal Support Workers and Registered Practical Nurses helping people in Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and Milton. |

Distress Center Halton

Mahein Kazi is the Community Outreach Coordinator at the Distress Centre Halton. She started out as a volunteer with the Distress Centre four years ago. However, after experiencing firsthand just how widespread mental health issues are, and what a huge difference a caring With a background in Statistics & Economics, she went on to pursue her passion for Psychology completing a degree in Cognitive Science from York University. Having lived in multiple countries over the course of five decades, she is truly a global citizen, speaking various languages. She also holds a degree in German language and works as a freelance German teacher. She lives in Oakville, is married and enjoys spending time with her three children. |
