Get ready to deck the halls and spread the festive cheer at our much-awaited Rotary Christmas Party! We are thrilled to invite you and your loved ones to join us for an evening of joy, camaraderie, and celebration at the Oakville Golf Club.

 Event Details:
     Date:  December 18, 2023
     Time: 6.00 to 9.00pm
     Venue:  Oakville Golf Club, Sixth Line, Oakville

 Highlights of the Evening:
    A Time to Celebrate:  Gather with fellow Rotarians to revel in the joy of the holiday season.
   Meet Club Members:  Connect with old friends, make new ones, and get to know Rotary members from across Oakville.
   Family and Friends Welcome:   This event is open to your loved ones, so bring along family and friends—the more, the merrier!

 Delectable Dining Experience:
    Dinner:   $65.00 per person

     Menu:
     Appetizer:   Butternut Squash Soup
     

     Main Course (Choose One):
    1. Eggplant Parmesan (Vegetarian)
    2. Pan Seared Duck Breast with Orange Sauce
    3. 6oz Beef Tenderloin Wrapped with Bacon, served with Red Wine Au Jus
    4. Stuffed peppers with cous cous (Vegan Option)

 

     Desert

    1. Eggnog Crème brulee

    2. Fruit cup (vegan Option)

   Important Dates: 

     RSVP and Payment Deadline:   Please remit the payment of $65.00 per person by e-transfer to rotaryoakville1925@gmail.com.
     Menu Preference:   Kindly send your main course preference to Mahandra Shah by December 11.
    Registration Deadline:  We need to provide final numbers to the Oakville Golf Club kitchen by Monday, December 11. Please register as soon as possible.

 Entertainment:

Prepare to be enchanted by the melodious voices of the Oakville Children's Choir. Their performance will add a touch of magic to our festive gathering!

 Charitable Initiatives:

In the spirit of giving, we will be organizing a Food Drive during the event. Please consider bringing non-perishable food items to contribute to this meaningful cause.

Additionally, we will be collecting winter hats, scarves, and mittens for the Salvation Army. Your donations will help keep those in need warm during the winter months.
