Mitch Sabsabi presided.
He called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Gary Comerford gave the invocation.
Michael Bissauge led the singing of O Canada and Mitch Sabsabi proposed the toast to the King and Canada.
 
After dinner reports were heard from Gary Comerford and Michael Henry and Mahendra Shah. 

 

Gary Comerford presented financial information about the RCO Foundation and its plans. A lively discussion ensued. 

 

Michael Henry and Mahendra Shah spoke about the Centennial Committee and its need for additional volunteers; and they are planning for the centennial gala in April.
