Club Assembly II

A dinner evening of fellowship where we will get updates from each service committee and how our collective efforts are positively contributing to the community. It will be an opportunity to celebrate the club achievements over the passed year.

The will be held at Amica at 160 Bronte Raod 

Cost is 35 dollars for your mealpayable  by e-transfer to rotaryoakville1925@gmail.com 

Please aim to arrive at Oakville Golf Club at 6.00pm, for a 6.30pm start.

New to Rotary? Interested in joining a Rotary club? Invited to be a speaker? This section is for you!
6.00 to 6.30 Networking/ fellowship
6.30 to 7.20 2 course meal plus a mixture of fun and formal items including Happy Bucks and information on up-coming club events
7.20 to 7.50 Speaker presentation plus Q&A – over the years we have invited a number of speakers on a huge variety of topics
7.50 to 8.00 Closing remarks from the club’s President
