Rotary Meeting Keynote Speaker Dave Harper

Our keynote speaker will Dave Harper who is a recognized expert in urban renewal and intensification, leveraging existing infrastructure and under-utilized properties, brownfields. Dave will demonstrate how these properties through a case study can effectively meet the current challenges around transit and intensification, affordable housing and smart community development using examples from his extensive experience.
