Club Assembly 2025/26

We usually aim to have 2 or 3 Club Assemblies throughout each Rotary year. The first showcases what each committee plans to focus on and the others explain achievements to date and plans for the rest of the Rotary year. We aim to answer the following questions:

• What do our members do for our communities (local, indigenous, international and youth) via club committees?

• How our members can actively get involved?

This is an in-person meeting at the Oakville Golf Club, Sixth Line - please register a week in advance so we can book your meal with the kitchen. Please pay for your meal by e-transfer to rotaryoakville1925@gmail.com ($45).

Please aim to arrive at Oakville Golf Club at 6.00pm, for a 6.30pm start.
