Club Assembly 3, with our Service Committees providing a summary of our Club for the year 2024/25.
Potential merger with the Rotary Club of Oakville West (RCOW):
At this meeting, members will be asked to vote on a proposal regarding a potential merger with the Rotary Club of Oakville West (RCOW), effective at the end of June. This item has been scheduled as part of our regular agenda and follows recent discussions and coordination between the two clubs.
For members who are unable to attend in person, proxy voting is available. Please find the Proxy Vote Form link below. If you wish to vote by proxy, complete and return the form no later than 8:00 PM on Monday, June 23rd.
