Topic: A general overview of the SNP STEAM Academy program
Speaker: Aaron Hobbs
About the organisation: Six Nations Polytechnic is a lifelong learning institution that has been in operation for 26 years and offers learning to Six Nations and the surrounding territory. All are welcome to learn at our institution and we are privileged to offer education to students starting in grade 6, all the way up to postgraduate degrees.
About the Speaker: Aaron Hobbs is currently the Manager of Development for the Six Nations Polytechnic STEAM Academy, located in Brantford Ontario. He was previously the Principal of the school, but due to continued growth required a shift in roles and for Aaron to step into a more managerial, long term oversight role. He have been in Indigenous education for a decade now and works daily to be an ally.
