Flags over Bellaire is a fundraising project managed through volunteer efforts for the benefit of the Bellaire Southwest Houston Rotary Foundation, Inc. The funds raised go to Local Scholarships, Bellaire Parks, Shop With A Cop holiday program, Bellaire FFA, Clean Water Projects and many other worthwhile causes.
Subscriptions are sold on an annual basis and include four holiday flag placements - Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day.
