Family and friends from all over the area attended the nine-course installation dinner, which featured Imperial Egg Roll, Honey Glazed Chicken,Crabmeat & Asparagus Soup, Kim Son Rib-eye Steak, Seafood Bird Nest, Chicken Fried Rice, General Tso Chicken, Mixed Vegetables w/ Brown Sauce, and dessert.
