ABOUT MADISON NARGES

Madison Narges is the Fund Development Coordinator for Empower Community Development Corporation (CDC). Empower CDC is a non-profit serving the Greater Houston Area, with a mission to work with ALICE households to provide access to quality housing and tools to help them sustainably thrive. Empower CDC has supported the development of over 20 affordable apartments within the Greater Houston Area and are currently providing supportive services to 15 apartment communities, including active senior and multi-family. Empower CDC has also begun developing affordable single family homes and is currently on target to develop 15 homes by the end of 2023. Madison is excited to share more about what they are doing to empower Houston communities and share some opportunities for you to empower your communities to thrive.
