We are pleased to announce hotel registration is open for the 2023 District Conference “Going the Distance for Rotary” (April 27-30, 2023). We will be staying at the Hilton Fort Worth in beautiful historic Fort Worth, Texas. Famous as the location of President John F. Kennedy’s final address, Hilton Fort Worth is located in downtown Fort Worth. This elegant landmark hotel places guests next to Sundance Square, seasonal outdoor concerts, and restaurants. The cultural district, the Stockyards area, and Texas Christian University are also just minutes away. You will experience comfortable guestrooms and amenities such as a 42-inch flat-screen cable HDTV and enjoy the Hilton Fort Worth’s Ruth’s Chris Steak House and 8th and Main. Thursday evening, our welcome dinner with be at Billy Bob’s. Billy Bob's Texas is a country music nightclub located in the Fort Worth Stockyards. It promotes itself as “The World's Largest Honky Tonk,” at 100,000 square feet of interior space and nearly 20 acres of parking space. Come be inspired by excellent speakers during the 4 plenary sessions and witness the opening with the Youth Exchange Students carrying in the flags of their countries. The Hospitality Suites and great fellowship among District Rotarians makes the trip worth it as you take in the sites and sounds of Fort Worth with time on your own for dinner on Friday night as you so desire. Saturday night will be our Governor’s Banquet “Cowboy Chic” held on-site at the Hilton Fort Worth. Before the conference begins, experience the magic on Thursday, April 27, of The Golf Club of Champion's Circle a regulation 18-hole golf course in North Fort Worth. This course was designed to challenge all skill levels of golfers, with a variety of water hazards, bunkers, and undulating greens.
