- SYLC's Role:
- As the main hosts of this event our team was responsible for all tasks ranging from marketing/advertising, recruiting the artists, soliciting sponsors, selling raffle tickets, and securing the venue.
- Event Results & Outcome
- We raised 1.8 million KRW in donations from this event; 50% of which was donated to Doctors Without Borders.

- Our Facebook event reached over 5,500 people.
- We were able to have a Korea Times & KBS publish an article and feature us on their news network.

- Matt Hinshaw, Fundraising Committee Member - the idea for the event came from Matthew, served as the main event organizer and donated 2 million KRW to rent the theater
- Jiyon Shin, VP & Fundraising Co-Chair - assisted with logistics and operations for the event, coordinated volunteers, designed and printed advertisements for event; assisted with coordinating MSF
- Sandra Lee, Treasurer - coordinated payments/payees list, managed cash-flow and ensured responsibility of cash
- Jihee Kim, Asst. Treasurer - volunteered and helped with registering on-site attendees
- Ben Kim, Community Service Chair - volunteered and assisted with managing day of the event tasks
- Harry Kim, VP & Membership Chair - coordinated with MSF Korea and volunteered day of the event
- Ray Chetti, President - set up Facebook event & Google Form, marketing for the event
- Gendis Naskoshi, Co-Chair Professional Development/Programming - volunteered the day of the event and assisted with logistics
