Bottling/Kegging - You've Made Your Drink, Now to Store It You have made your beer, cider, mead or wine. How are you going to store it? This is a hands-on class as we will be filling kegs and bottles using CO2 and capping. We will also show how to bottle and cork your wine. Discussion of equipment, sanitization/cleaning. NO wine, beer, cider or mead will be harmed or dumped on the floor. We will be using water. This is part of the certification process. When? Tuesday, September 8 Where? Join us for MusZart Revisited — an evening of live music, local art, delicious food, and community fellowship. We’ll gather around a shared table to enjoy wine, appetizers, and great company as we celebrate creativity and connection. Come relive the fun and make new memories together! When? Wednesday, September 19 Where? Kuentz Courtyard What time? Doors open at 5 PM How much? $5 per person, members only, payable online or by check. The cost of $5.00 is to defray expenses. If you pay by check, payment must be received no later than September 12 or your name will be removed from the list of attendees. What else? Zymurgy Oktoberfest Celebrate the start of fall with friends, laughter, and classic Oktoberfest cheer! Join the Zymurgy Club for our annual Oktoberfest potluck — a festive evening built around togetherness, good times, and the joy of gathering as a community. Raise a glass, share a meal, and enjoy the tradition that brings us all back year after year. Club made brauts, beer and wine will be provided. When? October 16 Where? Palm Ridge Rec Center What time? Doors open at 4:45 p.m. How much? No charge but you must register to attend. Members only. Registration will begin on September 13 and will close on October 9. What else? This is a potluck. you will receive a link to Perfect Potluck once registration closes. Zymurgy will be supplying beer and wine. No outside alcohol allowed. Come enjoy the camaraderie that makes our club special as we welcome the fall season in true Zymurgy style.

Cider! Making Cider from a Kit Class
Registration Opens in October
This presentation will cover the equipment needed, its storage location, cleaning, sanitizing, pitching the yeast, storage of the fermenter.
This is the first step in becoming certified to make cider on your own. Details of the certification process will be explained during the presentation.
